Fedazol 22
Preparation of antiparasitic action
Structure: 100 g of a preparation contain operating substance: fenbendazole - 22, excipient.
Pharmacological properties: the fenbendazol is an antihelminthic means of wide spectrum of action, belongs to a group of benzimidazole, effective against adults and larvae nematodes of gastrointestinal tract and lungs; against helminths of some kinds of Venus' girdles and trematodes. The fenbendazol inhibits a polymerisation of tibulin in microtibulin, brakes receipt and transportation of nutrients (adenosine triphosphate and glucose) that causes a paralysis of muscles and leads to death of parasites.
Application: the preparation is recommended for treatment and preventive maintenance of helminthiasis of such kinds of animals:

Contra-indication: hypersensitivity of animals to fenbendazol, together with another derivatives of benzimidazole - preparations on a basis of thiabendazol, mebendazol, albendazol etc. It is not permitted to apply to emaciated and sick animals on infectious diseases.
Caution: the slaughter is permitted : birds - in 3 days; all other animals - in 10 days; to use milk in food to people in 7 days after last treatment of animals by a preparation. In case of the slaughter before a target date, it is fed to carnivore or process on a meat-bone flour.
At increase of the recommended dose in 5 times vomiting and allergic phenomena can be observed. The recommended treatment: symptomatic washing to a stomach, adsorbents.
